Apricot Syrup

Equally as good in cocktails, as a sweetner in dressings, adding flavour to a sauce and over icecream!

Ingredients

  • 6 Apricots, quartered & pitted Or 6oz frozen
  • 2 Cups White Sugar
  • 2 Cups Water

Instructions

  • Place all the ingredients in a saucepan on low to medium heat. Bring to a boil,  lower heat to simmer and let that go for 30 minutes.
Cool to room temperature, strain into a clean jar or bottle, and refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.
Remember great in cocktails and over french vanilla ice cream!
